Community Programs & Resources

The Children’s Permanency Partnership (CPP) provides tailored support services to ensure children in foster care find safe, stable and permanent homes. Together we make a difference

Foster Care Resource Licensing

The Children’s Permanency Partnership (CPP) Licensing Department has been licensing homes for children in the foster care system since 2005. Foster parents play a crucial role in a collaborative effort aimed at ensuring the well-being and safety of children who require a supportive environment.

There is a continuous demand for foster parents to offer secure and compassionate temporary residences for children whose families are presently unable to provide care. Our primary concern is to ensure that we have families who are licensed and prepared, so that when the opportunity arises, we can provide a child with a safe and nurturing environment

Our distinctiveness lies in the dedication and service we extend to the families and youth we support. We hold diversity and inclusion as fundamental values across all aspects of our work, recognizing that families vary in structure and function.

The CPP Licensing Department is uniquely positioned to support foster parents with unmatched expertise and resources. Our licensing department provides continuous, hands-on assistance, from the initial licensing process to ongoing training and crisis management, ensuring that foster parents are well-equipped to provide stable and loving homes.

Therapeutic Foster Care

The Children’s Permanency Partnership Therepeutic / Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Program has been effectively serving the community since 2019. This program provides effective and innovative client-centered services to foster youth and families to ensure safety and permanency for all.

Our  TFC program supports children in the foster care system that range from 6 to 21 years of age with significant emotional, behavioral, medical or developmental needs who require a great deal of support and guidance in a family foster home setting that promotes well-being, family connections and community integrity.

Through partnership and relationship with our children and families, we create opportunities for all children to not only succeed but to blossom. Our TFC program provides services through structured treatment within a treatment family setting that promotes relationship, well-being and connection for youth with severe behavioral disorders, psychiatric diagnoses, delinquency and symptoms of complex trauma.
