Building Brighter Futures for Children and Families

The Children's Permanency Partnership (CPP) is dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for children in foster care across St. Louis and nearby regions - offering support and resources to families in need since 2005.

Together we make a difference!

Our Mission

The Children’s Permanency Partnership (CPP) has played a crucial role in serving the foster care needs of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles, and Jefferson County since its inception in 2005. By expanding its services to Washington County in 2020, CPP broadened its reach to ensure that even more children and families in the foster care system receive the support they need. CPP’s presence in these regions has been instrumental in addressing the unique challenges faced by children in foster care, such as the scarcity of permanent placements and the complex needs of families in crisis.

CPP effectively accomplishes its mission of providing permanent placements through a combination of strategic partnerships, evidence-based practices, and community engagement. By collaborating with local agencies, social workers, and the judicial system, CPP works to streamline the process of the alternative care system for all families. This includes working closely with biological families to facilitate reunification whenever possible, as well as identifying and preparing adoptive families or guardians.

CPP is deeply committed to supporting both children and families throughout the process. This holistic approach ensures that families have the resources they need to maintain stability and provide a nurturing environment. By remaining actively involved with families after placement, CPP helps to prevent re-entry into the foster care system, thereby achieving its goal of creating lasting, positive outcomes for children in the regions it serves.

Foster Care

Foster parents play a crucial role in a collaborative effort aimed at ensuring the well-being and safety of children who require a supportive environment.

There is a continuous demand for foster parents to offer secure and compassionate temporary residences for children whose families are presently unable to provide care.

Our primary concern is to ensure that we have families who are licensed and prepared, so that when the opportunity arises, we can provide a child with a safe and nurturing environment. Click button below to learn more on our foster care page.
